Pattye Patryce(Patricia Pugh) is an accomplished singer who developed her love for singing at the age of 4, following in the steps of her grandmother who always told her, “Singing is like telling a story”, and that’s what’s she set out to do every time she takes the stage. She started her career singing in the church choir and eventually went on to directing choirs in church and school. As an artist, she uses every opportunity to develop her craft singing for weddings, funerals, reunions and business events. She is a requested soloist around the country and manages her singing career while also being a license Insurance agent. “When I sing I feel like a bird. Flying high over the cares of the world and carrying my audience to new heights within their soul.” She is inspired by her namesakes Pat Lewis, Patti Labelle, but, her stlyes range from Mahalia Jackson to Teena Marie.
