1. Introduction

Kiamazulu Technologies respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent European provisions (Directive 2019/790/EU), we have set up a procedure for reporting infringing content.

If you are a copyright holder and believe that a video published on Sonezza infringes your rights, you can inform us using the form below or by contacting us directly.

2. Reporting an infringement

Two ways to contact us:

  • Online form — fast and tracked in real time: Submit a DMCA claim →
  • Email: dmca@sonezza.com

3. Required information

Your notice must contain:

  • Your full contact details (name, address, email, phone)
  • The precise identification of the protected work
  • The exact URL of the disputed content on Sonezza
  • A good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”
  • An accuracy statement: “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate”
  • Your electronic signature (first name + last name)

4. Processing your request

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Kiamazulu Technologies:

  • Acknowledges receipt within 24 business hours
  • Assesses the validity of the request
  • If the request is well-founded: removes or disables the content, notifies the responsible user
  • If the request is rejected: informs you of the reasons

Final decisions are issued within 7 business days.

5. Counter-notice

The user whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal is unjustified. The counter-notice must contain the same elements as the original notice, plus a statement accepting the jurisdiction of the courts.

In the absence of legal action by the claimant within 10 business days following the counter-notice, the content may be restored.

6. Abuse and false statements

Any abusive or bad-faith notice gives rise to the civil and/or criminal liability of its author. Kiamazulu Technologies reserves the right to take action against authors of repeated abusive notices.
