These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sonezza platform, available at sonezza.com, published by Kiamazulu Technologies.
Sonezza is a video-sharing platform dedicated to music and dance artists and DJs, allowing them to publish, view and share artistic content.
Access to Sonezza is open to any individual or legal entity with an internet connection. Certain features (publishing videos, social interactions) require creating an account.
Users must be at least 13 years old to register. Below 16 years old, parental consent is required.
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out under their account. In the event of a compromise, they agree to notify Kiamazulu Technologies without delay at security@sonezza.com.
Kiamazulu Technologies reserves the right to delete any account that has been inactive for more than 24 months after prior notice.
Users retain the intellectual property rights to the content they publish on Sonezza. By publishing, they grant Kiamazulu Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute and display such content as part of the service.
Any content subject to third-party copyright may not be published without the prior authorization of the rights holder. Users represent that they hold the necessary rights.
The Sonezza platform, its interface, source code, brand and graphic elements are the exclusive property of Kiamazulu Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
It is forbidden to publish on Sonezza any content that is:
Any breach may result in content removal and/or account suspension.
Kiamazulu Technologies strives to ensure the availability of the service 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Kiamazulu Technologies' liability is limited to proven direct damages, excluding any indirect damages.
Kiamazulu Technologies is not liable for content published by users, but commits to promptly handling any report in accordance with the moderation procedure.
Kiamazulu Technologies may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, without notice in the event of a serious violation. Users may delete their account at any time from the Account > Delete my account section.
Kiamazulu Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email and/or in-app notification at least 15 days before the new provisions take effect.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
